       Jinglan Environmental Protection This equipment is installed at the bottom fluidizer of the blowing tank or inside the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal bin. Gas passes through the fluidizing plate and fully mixes with the pulverized coal on the bed layer, forming a fluidized solid-gas package, which facilitates long-distance transportation.The DN600 fluidizing disc is made of approximately 3mm thick 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plate, with its surface meticulously arranged with elongated slits, forming a unique cross-shaped layout. The slits are perpendicular to the centerline, with a fine processing technique resulting in a gap of only 0.5mm and a length of about 20mm, while the distance between adjacent slits remains stable at 10mm. The lower edge of the slits undergoes a precise 1×45° chamfering treatment. This design not only facilitates the concentrated flow of compressed air toward the center of the fluidizing blowing device but also enhances the suspension and fluidization effect of the pulverized coal. Such a design ensures smoother flow of pulverized coal on the fluidizing blowing device, guaranteeing blowing stability and significantly improving the overall performance of the fluidizing blowing device.

Compared with traditional metal woven wire mesh, it overcomes the shortcomings of low strength, poor integrity, and unstable pore shape, demonstrating superior overall performance. Its pore size is flexibly adjustable, with well-designed permeability and mechanical strength, making the fluidizing plate perform excellently in applications.
